The Laughing Gas Comedy Improv Theatre
Company continues their tradition of policial satire
with shows satiring the recent Presidential elections, where those
who voted get in 2-for-1*. South Florida's longest running professional
improv troupe, who never has the same show twice, brought
you a month of "Improv The Vote" shows in October
and now presents a show aimed at lampooning all sides of the political
process commenting on celebrity endorsements, foreign policy blunders,
biased news programs, talking points and voting machines.
This 90 minute show, filled with sketches, their own improvised
Presidential Town Hall Re-bate, improvisations based on
audience suggestions and musical pieces, is designed to
have the audience laughing until their politics change. Scheduled
for the weekend before the conclusion of their 2004 season, these
shows are going to be not soon forgotten.

proof that you voted in the 2004 Presidential election and receive

Laughing Gas
can be seen on Fridays at the Main Street Playhouse,
located at 6766 Main Street in Miami Lakes. Laughing
Gas also appears on Saturday nights at the critically acclaimed
New Theatre,
located at 4120 Laguna Street in Coral Gables.
Curtain time for all shows
is 11:00 PM, and admission is $12. The weekend of
November 19th-20th, Laughing Gas presents "I Flunked Out
of the Electoral College" or "Who's Your Baghdaddy?"
at their regular showtimes for the same low price of $12. During
the month of October, bring valid voters' registration cards and
receive 2 tickets for the price of 1. No age restriction, no drink
