Laughing Gas Presents a Birthday Tribute to Alex Trebek in a Two Show Spectacular "Double Jeopardy" Friday July 22nd at 9 & 11pm

The Laughing Gas Comedy Improv Theatre Company, South Florida's longest running professional improv troupe brings you a night of Canadian talk show host splendor as they celebrate the birthday of Alex Trebek. "Double Jeopardy." What is the name of a two show satirical spectacular featuring an improvised version of the game show that made Alex Trebek a household name? Showtimes are both 9 & 11pm on Friday July 22nd at the Main Street Playhouse in Miami Lakes and will feature 90 minutes of improvised comedy. Tickets are $10 with no drink minimum or age requirements.

All audience members will be asked to sign a birthday card that will be mailed to Alex Trebek at the offices of JEOPARDY! the following day.

"I don't think people really recognize how influential Mr. Trebek has been on our lives," said cast member Todd Rice, "Grateful. How do I feel to finally have the chance to give him something back?"

Laughing Gas provides family-friendly laughter, this week providing good birthday wishes for Alex Trebek. Over the past year, Laughing Gas, South Florida's leader in topical and satirical comedy, has performed shows taking on holidays, the Academy Awards, movie and TV events, and performed benefits for several major charities. This has earned Laughing Gas a reputation as a comedic force in South Florida.
