Laughing Gas Doubling Up On Shows for
Late June and all of July
The
Laughing Gas Comedy Improv Theatre Company, South
Florida's longest running professional improv troupe brings over
a month of twice the entertainment. Known for their shown on Friday
and Saturday nights at 11pm, for the last weekend of June and
all of July 9pm shows have been added. Tickets are $10 with no
drink minimum or age requirements.
There are different themes for each week and tons of laughter
from some of South Florida's best improvised comedians. The themes
are:
June 29-30: "I Phone Way Too Much" - celebrating
the release of the new Apple IPhone. Anyone giving us an Apple
will get in two-for-one. Remember, giving it, not throwing it.
July 6-7: "Spaced Out" - it's the 60th anniversary
of the Roswell crash. In a night of conspiracies and aliens, Laughing
Gas will have the audience laughing so hard they won't believe
what they see either. All "legal aliens" get in 2-for-1
with proof. All space aliens get in free, with proof. No brains
eating allowed.
July 13: "Get Lucky on Friday the 13th!" Audience
members that proclaim that they are getting lucky tonight will
get in 2-for-1.
July 14: "The French Are Revolting" - celebrating
Bastille Day. Couples who prove their Frenchness in some way,
shape, or form, will get in 2-for-1.
July 20-21: "One Giant Laugh for Mankind" celebrates
man's first visit to the moon. Man first landed on the moon on
July 20th and Neil Armstrong took his first step July 21st, 1969.
Anyone moonwalking at the door gets in 2-for-1.
July 27-28: "Yo Vivo en Miami" - July 28th is
the 106th anniversary of the incorporation of Miami. Each night
will feature a celebration of our home town in ways that only
a comedy troupe could offer. Couples that were actually born in
Miami get in 2-for-1.

Gas provides family friendly laughter from a variety of themes
at 9pm and 11pm on Friday and Saturday nights at the Main Street
Playhouse in Miami Lakes.
Over the past year, Laughing Gas, South Florida's leader in topical
and satirical comedy, has performed shows taking on holidays,
the Academy Awards, movie and TV events, and performed benefits
for several major charities. This has earned Laughing Gas a reputation
as a comedic force in South Florida.
