Laughing Gas to Present "Comedy
in Bulk" with twice the shows on Saturday, March 29th
The Laughing
Gas Comedy Improv Theatre Company will present
Comedy in Bulk in honor of what would be the 90th birthday of
the man who started a bulk buying frenzy in this country, Sam
Walton, on Saturday, March 29th at 9&11pm at the Main Street
Playhouse in Miami Lakes.
Anyone who presents a valid Sam's Club card or says they are getting
their "comedy in bulk" at the door will get tickets
2-for-1. All that, and the comedy isn't being outsourced!
"We all enjoy cheap socks and underwear," said cast
member Todd Rice. "But getting laughter in bulk is a real
deal!"
The evening will feature a greeter at the door, a person at the
cash register who doesn't care, a scene that is Half-Off, and
a Scene From the Bargain Video Bin! The doors open at 8:45pm for
the 9pm show, at 10:45pm for the 11pm show.
While Laughing Gas normally performs their shows at 11pm on Friday
and Saturday nights, during the month of March the troupe is adding
9pm shows on Saturdays. These shows are part of the sixteenth
season for Laughing Gas, South Florida's longest-running professional
improv troupe, which is known for its themed shows and top-notch
comedy.
Laughing Gas performs regularly on Friday and Saturday nights
at 11PM in Miami Lakes at the Main Street Playhouse, 6766 Main
Street, Miami Lakes. As always, there is no drink minimum and
