The Right Honorable Reverend Billy Ray Tallywacker is a tenured
professor for Theological Communications at Jerry Falwells' Liberty
University in Lynchburg Virginia who enjoys surfing the Internet
looking for sin and long walks in the shadow of Jesus.

Election: The Lord has seen fit to deliver us from evil and into
the hands of a God fearing American.
